Tracking Antenna

The Louisiana Tech Aerospace Engineering Club began to explore the possibility of launching a CubeSat with NASA at its inception. In order to move closer to this goal, we are in the process of building a satellite tracking system used for down link communications. For the current configuration, we will have the antenna configuration set up to track the weather balloons that the club launches periodically. The location for the tracker was the roof of Wyly Tower, standing 195 feet tall over the city of Ruston, Louisiana.

I initially planned two different mounting configurations for the tracker: roof mounted and wall mounted. The following picture shows what the tracker would look like with a roof mounted setup.
